Kuredu is a large island in the Lhaviyani Atoll, a forty-minute seaplane flight north of Malé. It holds 389 rooms in sixteen categories and 3.5 kilometres of white beach — one of the largest natural beaches in the Maldives.
The island is divided into three parts. The Main Area takes guests of any age: garden and beach bungalows, beach villas, a jacuzzi villa and a two-bedroom family villa. O Resort is for guests aged twelve and above, with its own pool, restaurant and bar. Sangu is for fifteen and above: beach villas, water villas, villas with their own pool and a honeymoon suite over the lagoon, plus its own bar and wine cellar.
The house reef begins twenty metres from shore, and turtles live on it — they are seen daily, along with eagle rays and nurse sharks. The dive centre on the island is Prodivers, one of the oldest in the Maldives: PADI 5 Star IDC, fourteen instructors, more than sixty dive sites and a hyperbaric chamber on the island itself. Certified divers can dive the house reef with a buddy whenever they like. The house reef also holds a wreck of its own — the eighteen-metre Kuredu Express, sunk in February 2023: 11.5 metres at the deepest, three to four metres at the shallowest, so snorkellers reach it too.
There are fourteen restaurants and bars: three à la carte venues — the Mediterranean Francos, the Asian Far East with teppanyaki, and The Beach with French classics and a Maldivian twist — plus four buffet restaurants and bars ranging from the gin selection at Sangu to the rums at Akiri and a wine cellar of 250 labels.
A second Duniye spa stands over the water, and the island holds the first golf course in the Maldives: six holes, par 3, a driving range and a clubhouse. The country’s first padel court opened here too.
No markup
You pay exactly the rate the resort publishes. On top of that, only the actual bank costs of currency conversion and the international transfer — no commission of ours.
We run the deal
Correspondence with the resort, holding the room, the contract, booking confirmation and all paperwork are on our side. There is nothing for you to arrange yourself.
Card payment
We accept payment by card through Stripe and issue an invoice. The transfer to the resort is our job — you do not have to find a way to pay abroad.

At the resort
Diving and snorkelling
The dive centre is run by Prodivers, a separate company that has worked on Kuredu since the resort opened. The resort publishes no prices for dives or courses.
Dining
Every category is assigned its own restaurant; the all-inclusive plans are split into colour bands, and visits to the other buffets are limited to twice a week with a reservation. Bed and breakfast is available only in the Garden Bungalow; full board across the other categories.

When to go
Getting there
The international airport is Malé (MLE). From there it is a 35–40 minute seaplane flight with Trans Maldivian Airways: flights run from 06:00 to 16:00 and are scheduled around your international flight. The transfer is arranged by the resort or by your travel agent.
If your international departure is late in the evening or at night, the seaplane leaves the island on the last daytime flight — usually between 13:00 and 16:00 — and the resort recommends booking a day-use room in Malé. Checked luggage on the seaplane is limited to 20 kg per person.
Most nationalities are granted a visa on arrival.
