Service Agreement

Terms for booking travel services

Effective March 16, 2026

1. General

1.1. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Tour Leader Club ("Provider") and the person booking travel services ("Client") through tourleader.club ("Website").

1.2. By submitting a booking request, you accept this Agreement in full.

1.3. The Provider is Travel Club LLC (Russia, Smolensk). Website development and technical operations are provided by Egorsky LLC (Wyoming, USA).

2. Services

2.1. The Provider organizes group and individual travel programs including:

  • Diving liveaboard trips;
  • Expedition and adventure travel;
  • Yacht charter arrangements;
  • Custom travel programs.

2.2. Specific services, itinerary, dates, pricing, and inclusions are described on the respective trip page on the Website.

2.3. The Website is informational in nature. Final terms are confirmed upon booking.

3. Booking Process

3.1. To book, the Client submits a request via the Website or contacts the Provider directly.

3.2. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment.

3.3. The Provider reserves the right to decline a booking without explanation.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment schedule:

Deposit 15% of trip cost Upon booking
Interim payment Up to 50% 6 months before departure
Full payment 100% 3 months before departure

4.2. Payment methods and currency are specified at the time of booking.

4.3. Prices on the Website are indicative and may change before booking confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate personal information;
  • Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visas) for the destination;
  • Obtain appropriate travel and health insurance;
  • Follow safety instructions during the trip;
  • Comply with local laws and regulations of visited countries.

7. Provider Obligations

  • Organize the trip according to the published program;
  • Provide timely information about any changes;
  • Ensure qualified trip leadership;
  • Protect the Client's personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

8.1. The Provider is not liable for services rendered by third parties (airlines, hotels, yacht operators, local guides) except where the Provider acted as the direct service provider.

8.2. The Provider is not liable for the Client's failure to obtain required travel documents, visas, or insurance.

8.3. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific trip.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, armed conflicts, epidemics, government actions, or travel restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to the competent court.

10.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Client's residence or as otherwise agreed.
