Travel Project-based work

Tour Leader

A travel leader — organizer, guide and the heart of the group. You accompany participants on the route, handle all on-site matters and create the atmosphere.

What we expect

Experience leading groups (diving, trekking, expeditions)
PADI Divemaster certification or higher (for dive trips)
English — confident conversational level
Willingness to travel for 7 to 21 days
Charisma, responsibility, people skills

Booking Manager

Working with clients from first inquiry to departure. Booking flights, hotels, yachts. You are the link between the client and the trip of their dreams.

What we expect

Experience in booking or customer service
Attention to detail and document management
Knowledge of booking systems — a plus but not required
English — basic (correspondence with hotels and operators)
Communication skills and ability to work in a team

Program Details

1. Promo code — Each partner receives a unique promo code. The client enters it when booking and gets a discount, and you earn a commission.
2. Tracking — All bookings via the promo code are tracked in the system. You can see your stats in your dashboard.
3. Payouts — Commission is credited after the client pays the full booking amount. Payouts are made to your bank card or account once a month.
4. Content — We provide photos, videos, and texts for your publications. The creativity is yours, but materials are always at hand.
5. Paid posts — For bloggers with 30,000+ subscribers, we're ready to pay for publications separately. Format and pricing are discussed individually.
