Travel Project-based work

Tour Leader

A travel leader — organizer, guide and the heart of the group. You accompany participants on the route, handle all on-site matters and create the atmosphere.

Что мы ожидаем

  • Experience leading groups (diving, trekking, expeditions)
  • PADI Divemaster certification or higher (for dive trips)
  • English — confident conversational level
  • Willingness to travel for 7 to 21 days
  • Charisma, responsibility, people skills

Working with clients from first inquiry to departure. Booking flights, hotels, yachts. You are the link between the client and the trip of their dreams.

  • English — basic (correspondence with hotels and operators)
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
