Refund Policy
Effective March 15, 2026
1. General
1.1. This Refund Policy sets out the terms for cancellation and refund of payments for travel services provided by Tour Leader Club through tourleader.club ("Website").
1.2. These terms are part of the Service Agreement.
1.3. Specific payment and refund terms may vary by trip. In case of discrepancy, the terms on the specific trip page take precedence.
2. Payment Schedule
2.1. Standard payment schedule:

| Interim payment | Up to 50% of trip cost | No later than 6 months before departure |
| Full payment | 100% of trip cost | No later than 3 months before departure |
2.2. For trips involving yacht charter, the initial deposit (15%) is non-refundable.
2.3. Bookings made less than 3 months before departure require full payment.
3. Cancellation by Client
3.1. You may cancel your booking by sending a written notice to info@tourleader.club. The cancellation date is the date we receive your notice.
3.2. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel:

| 3 to 6 months | 50% of amount paid |
| Less than 3 months | No refund |
3.3. For trips involving yacht charter, the deposit (15%) is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
4. Cancellation by Tour Leader Club
4.1. If we cancel a trip (including due to insufficient group size), you will receive a 100% refund.
4.2. We will notify you of cancellation no later than 15 days before departure.
4.3. With your agreement, funds may be transferred to another trip instead of a refund.
5. Force Majeure
5.1. If a trip cannot proceed due to force majeure (natural disasters, armed conflicts, epidemics, government restrictions), we will offer you:
- Rescheduling to alternative dates;
- A full refund.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation notice.
6.2. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. An alternative method may be arranged upon request.
6.3. Costs for flights, visas, insurance, and other third-party services arranged independently by the client are not refundable by us.
