Conte Max is a 33-metre Maldivian liveaboard that has been sailing since 2004 and is refitted every year. She was the first vessel in the Maldives to pair dive cruising with a full Ayurvedic centre on board, and that is still how she runs: diving in the morning, recovery in the afternoon.
Nine cabins across three decks take 17 guests, or up to 21 with triple occupancy. There are no bunk beds anywhere on board; every cabin has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and individually adjustable air conditioning. Worth singling out is the single cabin — a rarity on Maldivian liveaboards, and it means solo travellers are not charged for a second berth.
Diving runs from an accompanying dhoni: gear stays aboard the tender, so kitting up never crowds the main deck. The dhoni carries two Coltri compressors, aluminium 227-bar cylinders and both DIN and INT regulators. Nitrox is free for certified divers, technical diving, sidemount and rebreathers are supported, and there is an underwater scooter on board.
Inside there is an air-conditioned saloon with a lounge area and library, a bar and a restaurant with table service. The kitchen is Italian, international and Maldivian, built mostly around fresh fish, with a Maldivian buffet once a week. Three decks are given over to resting: sun loungers, bean bags, a hammock and an observation deck. The crew speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian.
No mark-up
You pay the rate the operator publishes. The only thing added on top is the actual payment processing cost — no fee of ours.
We run the booking
Correspondence with the operator, holding your places, the contract, confirmation and all paperwork sit on our side. Nothing for you to arrange yourself.
Pay by card
We send you a Stripe invoice — pay by card, in your own currency, from anywhere in the world. The transfer to the operator is handled on our side.
Support in your language
We help you pick the cabin and dates, answer questions on the route and gear, and stay reachable until you are home — in English, in your time zone.
We quote the exact amount when confirming the booking: it covers the operator's rate plus the actual payment processing cost. No hidden charges.

The winter route for experienced divers, January to March. Fuvahmulah is one of the few places in the world where tiger sharks are seen year-round; Huvadhoo and Laamu offer big channels, strong current and reefs that almost no other vessel visits. Confident current-diving experience required.
