8 room types · house reef
Cobalt Coast sits on a small, quiet beach on the north-west shore of Grand Cayman, in West Bay. Owen Roberts International Airport is a twenty-five minute drive away, Seven Mile Beach thirteen.
The resort is small and low-density: eight categories of rooms and suites, from 186 square feet up to a two-bedroom suite sleeping six. There is no lift, and stairs run through the property.
The house reef lies straight offshore. The shoreline is rocky, so guests enter the water from the pier down a gently angled ladder — the resort calls it the easiest snorkelling on Grand Cayman. Snorkel gear is free for use on the property.
The on-site dive centre is run by Divetech, a separate company with its own website, open seven days a week from 07:30 to 17:00. Shore and boat dives, guided night dives, underwater scooters, technical diving, youth programmes from age five, gear rental, air and nitrox fills. The resort has no stay-and-dive packages — diving is booked directly with Divetech.
Boats run to the North Wall and the West Side and to the wreck of the USS Kittiwake. The main departure point is Cobalt Coast itself; when a boat leaves from another dock, guests get a complimentary shuttle.
Meals are at Nova, the open-air restaurant above the pool and the sea, serving Mediterranean-Japanese food.
No markup
You pay exactly the rate the resort publishes. On top of that, only the actual bank costs of currency conversion and the international transfer — no commission of ours.
We run the deal
Correspondence with the resort, holding the room, the contract, booking confirmation and all paperwork are on our side. There is nothing for you to arrange yourself.
Card payment
We accept payment by card through Stripe and issue an invoice. The transfer to the resort is our job — you do not have to find a way to pay abroad.
Support all the way
We help you choose the room and dates, work out the dive package, answer questions about flights and gear, and stay in touch until you are home.
The exact amount is confirmed when we hold your booking: it includes the resort's rate at the day's exchange rate plus the actual transfer costs. No hidden fees.

At the resort
Diving
The dive centre is run by Divetech — a separate company with its own website, but based on the property and open seven days a week from 07:30 to 17:00. The resort has no stay-and-dive packages: the room is booked with Cobalt Coast, the diving directly with Divetech. Boat departure points change with the weather. The main one is the resort's own dock, used for trips to the north and West Side and to the Kittiwake; the others are West Bay Dock, Cayman Islands Yacht Club and Morgan's Harbor, with a complimentary shuttle for guests. There is no lifeguard; snorkelling and watersports are at your own risk.
Food
In high season Nova opens daily from 08:00 to 21:00. In low season it runs 11:30 to 21:00 Wednesday to Sunday and closes on Mondays and Tuesdays. Breakfast is served in high season only. Dietary needs should be mentioned before ordering.
Things to do
The resort sits at the northern end of the island, and most of Grand Cayman's attractions are within half an hour. There is no gym on the property — the site lists nearby fitness centres and a yoga studio six to sixteen minutes away. There are no tennis or pickleball courts either; the nearest are nine minutes away. The resort does not provide babysitting itself but helps arrange it, and pack 'n plays are available for infants.

When to go
The resort is open year round. By the restaurant's calendar, high season ends on 3 May and low season runs from 4 May into November. Getting there
The address is 18-A Sea Fan Drive, West Bay, Grand Cayman, KY1 1401. The nearest airport is Owen Roberts International (GCM), just east of George Town, a twenty-five minute drive away.
The resort runs no transfer. Taxis wait at the airport and the ride costs about $60. Car rental is easy too — the agencies sit a short walk from the exit, on the left; the minimum age for renting a car on Grand Cayman is 21.
Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the room not being booked back-to-back; otherwise luggage can be left at the front desk during office hours. Guests arriving outside office hours are met on the property — send flight details in advance.
