Lotus Malayeka is the second vessel of the Lotus Journey group, which runs five resorts in Indonesia and the phinisi Lotus Malaillo. The new phinisi went on sale in autumn 2026; her first cruise leaves Sorong for Raja Ampat on 21 December 2026. At the time this page was prepared the operator had published the schedule, cabin prices, booking terms and a single photograph of the boat at sunset; length, year of build, crew size and cabin photos were not yet out — dimensions and equipment will be added here once the group publishes them. In the way she is sold the boat mirrors Lotus Malaillo: the same operator, Kaland Asia, the same itineraries, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms, the same full prices.

Fourteen guests in eight cabins. The upper deck has a master cabin with a double bed and a twin cabin; the lower deck has two double cabins, two twins and two single cabins with a bunk bed. Single cabins are a rarity on Indonesian phinisis: a solo diver travels alone for the lower-deck per-person price, with no 90 % single supplement. Berths in twin cabins are also sold singly, shared with a guest of the same gender.

The price includes transfers in the embarkation port, an air-conditioned cabin with private bathroom, full board with water, up to four guided dives a day, nitrox, weights, a cruise director, shore excursions and 1 GB of mobile Wi-Fi. The entry level is Open Water and 30 logged dives; dive insurance is mandatory under the booking terms. Collected separately on board: a fuel surcharge of 275 $ (220 $ for eight nights, 140–175 $ in Komodo), a marine park fee of 185 $ in Raja Ampat, 150 $ in Komodo and 120 $ in the Banda Sea and Halmahera, and a port tax of 80–110 $.

The full per-person price in a shared cabin is the same as on Lotus Malaillo: eight nights in Raja Ampat 3,920 $ on the lower deck, 4,160 $ in the upper-deck twin, 4,400 $ in the master; eleven nights Misool – Triton Bay 5,390 / 5,720 / 6,050 $. For the first season the operator offers a discount: 20 % off departures from December 2026 to May 2027 for bookings made by 31 December 2026, and 10 % off departures from July to December 2027. With the discount, eight nights in Raja Ampat cost 3,136 $, eleven nights Misool and Triton Bay 4,312 $, five nights in Komodo 1,890 $. A full charter is 48,480 $ for eight nights, 60,600 $ for ten, 66,660 $ for eleven. Deposit 20 % within ten days, balance 90 days before departure; cancellation more than 90 days out costs 20 %, 89–60 days 50 %, later the full amount. A cruise runs with at least eight guests.

The schedule runs to January 2028: winter and spring — Raja Ampat, Misool and Triton Bay out of Sorong and Kaimana; May — Morotai and North Halmahera out of Ternate; late June — the Wakatobi – Takabonerate – Komodo crossing; July to September — Komodo out of Labuan Bajo; September and October — Alor and Banda between Kalabahi and Ambon; November — Raja Ampat again. The operator asks guests to arrive the day before: in Sorong no later than 11:00 on embarkation day, in Ambon, Ternate and Kaimana by 14:00, in Labuan Bajo and Kalabahi by 13:00.
