Male / Vaavu / Ari / Rasdhoo / Baa

The “Male / Vaavu / Ari / Rasdhoo / Baa” route covers six central atolls of the Maldives: North Male, South Male, Vaavu, Ari, Rasdhoo, and Baa (or in reverse). This is one of the most diverse routes in the Maldives, covering both classic and less visited sites.

Vaavu offers channel diving with Fotteyo Kandu and Miyaru Kandu. Ari features whale sharks and manta stations. Rasdhoo has Rasdhoo Madivaru, where hammerhead sharks appear in the early morning. Baa is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with Hanifaru Bay. The route combines the best of the central and northern atolls.
