The “Male / Ari Atoll / Baa Atoll” route covers five central atolls of the Maldives: North Male, South Male, South Ari, North Ari, and Baa. The safari starts and ends in Male, passing through the most famous dive sites of the central atolls.
Ari Atoll offers whale sharks on the western side, Moofushi manta stations, and the famous thilas Fish Head and Maaya Thila. Baa Atoll is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve with Hanifaru Bay, where dozens of manta rays arrive in season. The route combines the best sites of two top Maldivian atolls.
