A route from Labuan Bajo on Flores toward Bali — the mirror version of the eastbound transit. The safari starts in the heart of Komodo National Park, where the first days are dedicated to dives at the park’s best sites: underwater pinnacles Batu Bolong and Crystal Rock, walls with soft corals, and drift dives in strong currents. The route then heads west through Sangeang — a volcanic island with black sandy slopes home to mimic octopuses, frogfish, and rare nudibranchs. Bima Bay is known for unusual macro diving on soft silty bottom. Final dives at Satonda Island with its underwater gardens. The route combines thrilling current diving at Komodo with calm macro dives at volcanic islands.
