Central Galapagos (B)

Route B through the central Galapagos Islands offers an alternative itinerary through the archipelago’s central islands. The route focuses on different dive sites compared to Route A, providing variety for returning visitors. Isabela Island, Fernandina, and other western and central islands feature prominently.

Diving highlights include encounters with Galapagos penguins, flightless cormorants, marine iguanas feeding underwater, and schools of hammerhead sharks. The nutrient-rich cold currents of the Cromwell Current attract diverse marine life to the western islands. The route includes both diving and topside excursions to observe the unique wildlife of the Galapagos.
