Central Atolls & Beyond

An extended route through the central atolls of the Maldives with additional distant points. The safari covers Male, Ari, Vaavu, Meemu, and Baa atolls, combining classic channel drifts with visits to lesser-known dive sites. The route stands out for its depth and variety — from whale shark encounters on the western side of Ari to manta feeding at Hanifaru Bay.

The extended format allows visiting both popular and remote locations: thilas in the inner lagoons, channel drifts at the atoll edges, and outer reef walls. The combination of multiple atolls provides a comprehensive picture of Maldivian diving — from macro life on the thilas to pelagic encounters in the channels.
