Bahamas — Tiger Beach and Sharks

Tiger Beach on Grand Bahama Island is the world’s most famous site for diving with tiger sharks. On the sandy bottom at 10–15 meters depth, guaranteed encounters with multiple tiger sharks simultaneously, as well as lemon sharks, reef sharks, and great hammerhead sharks. Crystal-clear water with visibility up to 40 meters and comfortable temperature make every dive unforgettable.

Bimini Island is the site of the annual gathering of great hammerhead sharks from January to March. Dozens of hammerheads pass along the wall at dawn, creating one of the most impressive spectacles of the underwater world. Off Cat Island in the open ocean, oceanic whitetip sharks are found — among the most dangerous and beautiful pelagic predators.

Exuma Cays is a national park with pristine reefs, nurse sharks, and the famous swimming pigs. The warm, clear waters of the Bahamas, shallow shark dives, and diverse marine life make the archipelago ideal for both experienced divers and beginners.
