What you are paying for
The website sells one service — a Personal Estimate for 4,900 RUB: selecting a trip to match your dates, checking availability with suppliers, calculating the final price for your group, and holding places for the period stated in the estimate. The trip itself is booked under a separate agreement and is not paid for here.
The amount paid is credited against the trip cost when you book. See sections 4 and 10 of the Service Agreement.
Payment methods
Payment by bank card of the following payment systems, and via T-Pay:

Payments are processed by T-Bank (JSC TBank, Bank of Russia licence No. 2673).
Card data security
Your card details never reach this website. The payment form belongs to the bank: when you click "Pay", you are taken to the T-Bank page, and the card number, expiry date and security code are entered there. We receive only the outcome of the payment — whether it went through — and the last four digits of the card. We do not store, process or transmit card numbers, and could not: we never see them.
All connections are encrypted with TLS — both between your browser and the website, and between the website and the bank. A payment confirmation from the bank is accepted only after its cryptographic signature is verified against our terminal key: an unsigned payment notification is ignored.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Consent, under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ. Only staff who need it to arrange your booking have access; the website runs on servers located in the Russian Federation.
Service delivery time
The Personal Estimate is sent to you via the contact channel you specified — email or messenger — within 3 business days of payment. If for objective reasons we cannot meet this deadline, we let you know before it expires, and you may cancel with a full refund.
The service is provided in the Russian Federation. There is no delivery: no goods are shipped, the service is rendered remotely.
Refunds
Until the estimate is sent, you may cancel at any time and the amount paid is refunded in full. It is also refunded in full if we could not offer a suitable option, including when no places are available.
Refunds go back to the card the payment came from, within the bank's timeframe (usually 3–10 business days). See the Refund Policy for details.
