Consent to Advertising
Effective October 6, 2026
By ticking «I agree to receive new trips and offers» on tourleader.club ("Website"), I consent, under Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ «On Advertising», to receive advertising from Travel Club LLC (Russia, Smolensk) as set out below.
1. What I agree to receive
Selections of new trips, offers with discounts, news about available places and other messages about the trips and services of Travel Club LLC.
2. Where
To the contacts I left on the Website: email, Telegram (through the Website's bot) and SMS to my phone number.
3. A separate consent
This consent is separate from the Consent to Data Processing. My contacts are processed under that consent and the Privacy Policy.
4. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time: by the unsubscribe link in a mailing, or by writing to info@tourleader.club with the note «Withdrawal of consent to advertising». Mailings stop within 3 days. Materials already received, including the trip program, remain mine.
