Oceanic is the ideal vessel for exploring the enchanting southern islands of Indonesia: Komodo, Bali, Flores, Alor and the Forgotten Islands. The phinisi was fully refurbished in 2016 and can accommodate up to 12 divers in home-away-from-home comfort while they explore the finest dive sites in the region. Although Oceanic is a classic phinisi built from tropical hardwood using traditional techniques, she delivers outstanding service. With over 17 years of experience, the schooner will take you to the best diving areas of this Asian giant: from Bali and Komodo to Papua, via Alor, the Forgotten Islands, and many more breathtaking tropical destinations. OUR PHILOSOPHY: there are many ways to explore the beautiful inland seas of Indonesia. Aboard Oceanic you will have the opportunity to discover the most exotic and remote islands of this unique country — places that can be extremely difficult to reach on your own. This is not one of those luxury cruises where everything revolves around schedules and planning; instead, we offer a more adventurous journey full of surprises: unexpected dive encounters, unexpectedly beautiful beaches, unexpectedly quiet and traditional villages, unexpectedly superb service on board. We have worked hard to create a cosy home that stays close by even as you dive and travel from island to island.
