Kira Kira was built in Indonesia, on the beaches of Mandala Ria, in the village of Ara, and at the Bonto Bahari shipyards in Tanah Beru, using tropical hardwood from the forests of Kendari. Built in 2014, Kira Kira blends classic appeal with 21st-century technology, and despite her graceful form, she will carry you safely through our magical sea voyages. This beautiful sailing vessel, capable of covering thousands of nautical miles in search of the finest dive sites in Indonesia, is also surprisingly fuel-efficient. The yacht was built with environmental sustainability in mind: all electrical systems are powered by solar panels to minimise emissions and noise. We are enormously proud to offer truly silent nights, where you can hear the constant sounds of the jungle and the crash of the surf. This traditional phinisi vessel boasts four cabins (three TWIN cabins and one DBL cabin on the rooftop with stunning panoramic views), a shared dining area, a covered dive deck, and a generous sun deck. Beyond the comfortable and spacious cabins, you can spend time in Kira Kira’s relaxed lounge and dining area, chat with the chef, unwind with a cold beer, prepare for the evening’s adventures, swap stories with fellow guests, or pick up a book from our small library. Stretch out on the comfortable sun loungers on deck, watch breathtaking sunsets, and enjoy freshly prepared meals.
