A route to Thailand’s southernmost dive sites — Koh Lipe Island and the remote pinnacle 8 Mile Rock (Hin Paad Mile), located eight miles south of Koh Lipe. This is one of the least visited routes in the country, offering truly wild diving.
The top of 8 Mile Rock is a flat reef at 12–14 meters depth, with walls dropping to 40 meters. The north and south sides are covered in soft corals hiding nudibranchs, seahorses, and anemones. Leopard sharks and manta rays regularly appear on the reef for cleaning and feeding. Currents here are strong, also attracting whale sharks. Reefs around Koh Lipe complement the route with shallow coral gardens.
