An expedition route through Central Sulawesi to the Togian Islands — a remote archipelago in the Gulf of Tomini. The Togians remain one of Indonesia’s least-explored dive destinations with pristine reefs, stunning visibility, and virtually no other divers.
The route passes through diverse underwater landscapes — from volcanic walls and coral gardens to sea grass beds and mangrove channels. The Togian Islands are home to all three types of reef formation: fringing, barrier, and atoll reefs. Encounters include reef sharks, turtles, schools of barracudas, and a rich variety of macro life. A WWII bomber wreck lies in the shallows at Bomber Reef.
