1 / 1
The route combines three main offshore areas of Egypt: Brother Islands, Daedalus Reef, and the Fury Shoals reef complex. In one week — from vertical walls of offshore reefs with sharks to protected lagoons with dolphins.
Brother Islands are two uninhabited rock islands in the open sea, their walls covered with soft corals and gorgonians. Hammerhead sharks, grey reef sharks, tuna, and barracudas patrol here. On Big Brother — two historic wrecks encrusted with corals.
Daedalus Reef is the most remote offshore reef of Egypt’s Red Sea with a lighthouse on top. Sheer walls of ancient hard coral colonies and a northern plateau where hammerhead shark schools gather on morning dives. Fury Shoals is an extensive reef complex closer to shore with sheltered sites for comfortable dives and night diving. The contrast between deep-water and shallow sites makes the route diverse.
