Diving in the Andaman Sea, Thailand

The Andaman Sea route combines the best dive sites of Thailand’s west coast in a single trip. In the northern season (November–April) the yacht heads to the Similan Islands, Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon, and Koh Tachai. In the southern season (May–October) the route shifts to the Phi Phi Islands, Shark Point, the King Cruiser wreck, and Anemone Reef. This division allows year-round diving, switching areas depending on monsoons and currents.

The northern part of the route is famous for encounters with whale sharks and mantas at Richelieu Rock and Koh Bon, while the southern part offers diverse reef life around Phi Phi’s limestone cliffs and dives on the sunken ferry King Cruiser. The nine granite islands of the Similan Archipelago rank among the world’s top ten diving destinations thanks to crystal-clear water and contrasting underwater landscapes.
