An expedition route combining two outstanding dive regions of eastern Indonesia — the Alor Archipelago and Triton Bay. Alor is renowned for sheer walls, underwater volcanoes, and visibility up to 50 meters. Triton Bay is one of the most remote and biodiverse places in West Papua. In the Alor Archipelago waters, cuttlefish, frogfish, and nudibranchs inhabit the walls, while trevallies and barracudas patrol the open water. Triton Bay is famous for encounters with whale sharks, giant mantas, and schools of bumphead parrotfish. Soft corals here reach incredible sizes. The route combines Alor’s drift diving with dives in Papua’s richest waters.
